Workshop: Healthy Hints for Stress Free Family Meals...and how to Get Your Family to Eat Them

POSTPONED - NEW DATE TBA

In this time-pressured and digitalized society often the most basic needs of health food and family time get surpassed due to hectic schedules. Adding a picky eater to this mealtime mix can create even more frustration.

Come join this dynamic duo of nutrition and feeding expertise in an evening workshop given by Alisa Braverman, Registered Dietician and Deb Jones, Pediatric Occupational Therapist.

Alisa will present ideas on how to simplify healthy meal preparation with an emphasis on encouraging family mealtime. Deb will demonstrate how to broaden the mealtime repertoire through a simple and effective food treatment program (Food Chaining) based on the idea of what your family currently accepts at the table. Please preregister by calling (413) 585-8010. Donations accepted.
