Our Facility
Office hours are 1pm - 5pm, Monday through Friday. If you need to
speak with someone but are unavailable to call during this time frame,
please email us at info@wholechildren.org.
Our building is equipped with a wireless internet connection.
Parents waiting in the lobby are welcome to utilize this feature while their child is
participating in class.
For New Families - Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register?
Registration is possible online, through the mail, or in person.
We would be happy to speak with you regarding programs, staff, and
appropriate class placement. Please contact our office at (413)
585-8010 with any questions.
What should I send in?
The first time you register for a class, we will send you a Waiver, a
Physician's Release, and a Goals Sheet. This paperwork is
required for all students.
What is your "drop-off" policy?
We generally require parents to remain on-site.
What should my child bring to class?
If the class is movement based (gymnastics, yoga, kung-fu, etc.),
children should wear comfortable clothing. Unless otherwise
specified, we will provide any necessary materials for participation.
Can we come in and observe a class/tour the space before registering?
Of course! Call our office to schedule a time.
Weather/Cancellation Policy
We make every effort to notify families as quickly as possible of any
class cancellations. In case of inclement weather, please call
our office prior to class and listen to the recorded message for
information regarding closings and
delays.
